Pat Loomis was very helpful in our decision to join the Quail Run community at Terrace Heights. Pat explained the surrounding area (Yakima) to us
along with showing the available model homes and answering our questions, such as:
1 ) Length of time for our home to be delivered and set up
2) Helping us with details of the interior cabinets, countertops, flooring and available colors
