We found Pat to be friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating during the process of deciding to buy our home, choosing our lot, picking the model that best suited our needs and construction of our home. We were working from across the state and Pat was available by phone, e-mail and when we planned our trips over during the construction process, he welcomed us and provided updates on the progress of our home. Pat even took the time to make sure that we had photos of the home delivery and construction process.
