We visited Quail Run for the first time after seeing an article in the Seattle Times about this community. We were greeted in the clubhouse by Pat Loomis with a warm welcome , helpful information and friendly conversation. This was the start of our journey to home ownership in the fantastic community!
We found Pat to be friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating during the process of deciding to buy our home, choosing our lot, picking the model that best suited our needs and construction of our home. We were working from across the state and Pat was available by phone, e-mail and when we planned our trips over during the construction process, he welcomed us and provided updates on the progress of our home. Pat even took the time to make sure that we had photos of the home delivery and construction process. Pat clearly has knowledge, experience in the retirement community business and we are so thankful that he was there for us in this exciting chapter of our lives! -Steve and Charmaine Massong
