As my second year here at Quail Run, October 13, comes up, I wanted to thank you for your expert advice as I chose my new home and its amenities . This neighborhood concept is very different from my Portland cityscape and my Zillah farm . You smilingly, quietly waited (and moved my "future home of" sign three times) while I made my lot choice . Then guided me thru the interior and exterior choices from floors to roof. I noticed the quality control that went into
every aspect as the house was built. Between you and your construction manager , you have developed a unique community , full of happy owners/neighbors . The clubhouse , with coffee hours, potlucks, game room , library, and pool area all contribute to community . Quail Run showcases your ability as a promoter
