My wife and I began talking to Pat Loomis in the spring of 2012 . We had toured several of the homes and had talked with many of the residents, to get a feel of what we were looking for and how the current residents felt about the development.
Pat was very helpful in making sure he knew exactly what we were looking for, to ensure our wants and needs would be satisfied by one of the homes. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the home and the development. No pressure, ho hype. His only concern was that we were going to be happy from the start. He was also helpful in connecting us with a mortgage company.
Mr. Loomis' character and presentation, is pretty much what sold us on purchasing a home in Quail Run. -
